The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through the Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS) program, conducted orientation for the Cash-For-Work (CFW) program at the North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) – Tagbina Campus.

The program targets both college graduates and current students, offering them temporary employment through various community-based projects. A total of 267 beneficiaries are set to participate. Each beneficiary is expected to complete 50 days of community work, earning Php 415 per day, in accordance with the current minimum wage of the region. This rate is expected to increase to Php 435 starting May 2025, following the scheduled wage adjustment.
