To formalize their partnership, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga and the Commission on Population and Development (CPD) Caraga signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) earlier today, May 28, 2025, for the Volunteer Mobilization Program known as Tinabalangay sa Trese.

Tinabalangay sa Trese is a collaborative initiative composed of volunteers from both the public and private sectors. These volunteers are mobilized during disaster response operations to deliver essential services, such as food and water distribution, to affected communities.

 

The MOU was officially signed by DSWD Field Office Caraga Regional Director Mari-Flor Dollaga, CPD Caraga Regional Director Alexander Makinano, and Chief Ricky Namion—marking a strengthened commitment to coordinated disaster response efforts in the region.
