The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga, through its National Household Targeting Section (NHTS), has successfully completed the installation of the updated Listahanan 3 database in all 38 Local Government Units (LGUs) in Caraga Region.

The NHTS team headed by Regional Field Coordinator Adelito Mendoza and Information Technology Officer II Raffy Pocon conducted on-site visits to each LGU with authorized access to the Listahanan database. The updated version, reflecting data as of the December 2024 instance, is now fully integrated into their local systems.

The latest Listahanan 3 database includes validated records of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries who underwent Special Assessment and verification processes by Municipal Link Officers, ensuring only qualified poor households are included.

Based on the updated database, a total of 289,218 households, or 1,556,428 individuals, have been identified as poor in the Caraga Region.
