Throughout July 2025, the staff of DSWD Field Office Caraga proudly wore blue every Friday to support the #BlueHeart Campaign. This meaningful gesture was part of their commitment to the National Anti-Trafficking in Persons Awareness Month (NATPAM).

Led by the RIACAT-VAWC Caraga Chair and Led Secretariat, the #BlueHeart Campaign stands for compassion and a strong resolve to fight human trafficking and exploitation. Wearing blue showed a united front, highlighting their dedication to protecting vulnerable communities and raising awareness about these important issues. This campaign is more than just a color; it’s a heartfelt call to action for survivors, communities, and those on the front lines of this fight.

It aligns with DSWD’s mission to uplift the dignity of every Filipino, especially those who are marginalized and at-risk. As the chair of the Regional Inter-Agency Committee Against Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (RIACAT-VAWC) Caraga, DSWD Field Office Caraga, believes that everyone has a role in creating safe and resilient communities.
