The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), together with members of the Unity SLPA and Kadiyawan Unlab SLPA, successfully conducted the joint and final inspection of six (6) BAO-BAO tricycles on August 28, 2025 in Talacogon, Agusan del Sur.

The inspection ensured that all units complied with the prescribed technical specifications, were in good operational condition, and met quality standards before their formal turnover. Each association is set to receive three (3) units to be used for livelihood projects focusing on rental services.

These BAO-BAO tricycles are expected to provide members with sustainable sources of income, strengthen their economic capacity, and contribute to improving mobility and accessibility within their communities.
