The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), through its Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), officially turned over Tri-Wheeler Rental Services to two associations -the Angat Barras SLPA and Angat Libas Gua SLPA of Barangays Barras and Libas Gua, San Miguel, Surigao del Sur on September 11, 2025.

This project empowers 60 4Ps participants, providing them with opportunities to become self-reliant entrepreneurs, moving beyond being mere beneficiaries of the program and ensuring sustainable income for their families.

The turnover was celebrated through a ribbon-cutting ceremony and program attended by the Barangay/ Local Government Unit (B/LGU) officials and SLP staff.
