The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga hosted the three-day Capability Building on Knowledge Management and Learning Visit with DSWD Field Office X on September 10-12, 2025, at Watergate Hotel, Butuan City.
During the sessions, FO Caraga showcased its homegrown initiatives, including the Integrated Financial Management Operating System (InfiMoS), the 4Ps Performance Appraisal Tracking Hub (PATH), and the Home for Girls’ Hub for Efficient Administration and Logging System (HEALS). These innovations were presented as part of the office’s continuing efforts to strengthen knowledge management practices within the Department. The said activity was facilitated by the Technical Advisory/Assistance and Other Related Services Section (TAAORSS) of DSWD Caraga.
To complement the learning sessions, participants from FO X also visited the Field Office for an on-site experience, where they observed firsthand how these systems are being applied in actual operations. They likewise paid a courtesy visit to the top officials of FO Caraga, including the Regional Director Mari-Flor Dollaga, Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Tristan Telen, and Assistant Regional Director for Operations (ARDO) Jean Paul Parajes.
