The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga, through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), conducted monitoring activities with its associations on September 10, 2025 in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.
Among those visited were the Consumer Goods of Kalambuan Hubang SLPA, Consumer Goods Store of Pilipig Santa Ana SLPA, and the Superstore of Alegria Farmers SLPA and San Isidro Farmers SLPA.
The activity was spearheaded by SLP staff from the Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) in coordination with the Provincial Operations Office. During the visits, the team provided technical assistance to association members and officers, addressing operational concerns and guiding them in strengthening their livelihood initiatives.
Regular monitoring plays a crucial role in ensuring that SLP projects remain effective, transparent, and sustainable. It allows the Department to track progress, identify challenges, and provide timely interventions that enhance the associations’ capacity to manage their resources and enterprises.
