HFG Caraga showcased its innovations and best practices, including the HFG-HEALS (Home for Girls – Hub for Efficient Administration and Logging System)—a web-based case management system that streamlines documentation, monitoring, and reporting.

The activity also featured a facility tour and observation of child-centered programs such as livelihood training, psychosocial sessions, and residents’ meetings.

The exchange strengthened collaboration between the two regions in improving residential care services and promoting the well-being and empowerment of children in need of special protection.
