The Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) Caraga, headed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga, held its 4th Quarter Meeting on November 21, 2025, bringing together member agencies and organizations to discuss policy updates, sector concerns, and ongoing disability-inclusive initiatives in the region.

Presided by DSWD Field Office Caraga, Protective Services Division (PSD) Chief Jessie Catherine Aranas, the meeting covered national updates from the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) and clarifications on DBM Local Budget Memorandum No. 92.
Members also reviewed approved RCDA resolutions and received a presentation on the new Most Disability-Friendly LGU Tool from Loving Presence Foundation Inc.
A key highlight of the assembly was the election of the new Regional Vice Chair, where Loving Presence Foundation Inc. was elected to the position in accordance with NCDA Board Resolution No. 09, series of 2008.

Other discussions included BP 344 compliance, presentation of accomplishment reports by the members, and updates from the Civil Service Commission on upcoming examination matters.
The meeting concluded with strengthened commitments to disability-inclusive governance and enhanced inter-agency coordination across Caraga Region.
