The project provides free SIM cards with mobile data to all marginalized and vulnerable learners including 4Ps beneficiary-learners. DSWD plays a key role in the initiative by ensuring that children from poor and geographically isolated communities are accurately identified, reached, and assisted during implementation.

Each SIM card comes with 25GB of free mobile data every month for one (1) year, enabling learners to stay connected to online classes, school requirements, research, and learning platforms, without added cost to their families.

The initial distribution of SIM cards began on January 20, 2025, at Campo National High School in Bacuag, Surigao del Norte, marking another step toward inclusive and accessible education for 4Ps families.

With free and safe internet access, 4Ps learners are better equipped to participate in digital and blended learning, supporting their education while easing the financial burden on their households.

This effort was made possible through close coordination with DICT, the Department of Education (DepEd), the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and local government units. DSWD remains committed to ensuring that no 4Ps child is left behind in the digital age through sustained inter-agency collaboration.
