The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga through its Policy and Plans Division- Standards Section, conducted a sustained compliance monitoring visit to the Foundation for the Development of Agusanons, Inc. (FDAI) last February 20, 2026 in Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

FDAI is an Auxiliary Social Welfare and Development Agency (SWDA) headed by Executive Director Rex T. Linao, MSERM, Ph.D. and is currently operated in Barangay Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

The activity was spearheaded by Standards Section Head Mr. Renante Abendanio, together with his team. The monitoring focused on three key areas: Administrative Capacity, Technical Capacity, and Financial Capacity. The process included a review of documents related to corporate regulatory compliance, as well as an inspection of safety measures at the organization’s physical office.

Following the assessment, FDAI demonstrated its continued compliance with regulatory standards, reflecting a high level of quality in the implementation of its programs and services.

FDAI is a non-stock, non-profit organization (NGO) engaged in community development, health, agriculture, and environmental sustainability initiatives across the Caraga region of Mindanao. The organization was also recognized as the 7th ASEAN Rural Development and Poverty Eradication Leadership Awardee.

DSWD FO Caraga reaffirms its strong commitment to fostering collaborative partnerships with SWDAs to consistently provide safe, client-centered, and high-quality social welfare services.
