On July 2, 2026, the 2nd Quarter Parent Effectiveness Service (PES) Kumustahan Session was successfully conducted, bringing together PES Program Focal from the different Local Government Units (LGUs) across the Caraga Region. The activity served as a valuable platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the exchange of best practices in strengthening the implementation of the Parent Effectiveness Service Program.

A highlight of the session was the Knowledge Sharing Session facilitated by Sir Donmaclyn A. Lagapa, RSW, who discussed the topic “Orientation on the Empowerment and Reaffirmation of Paternal Abilities (ERPAT).” The presentation emphasized the vital role of fathers in nurturing, protecting, and guiding their children, while promoting responsible fatherhood and encouraging active paternal involvement in family and community development.

The session further reinforced the commitment of PES Program Focal to enhance family welfare through strengthened parenting interventions and collaborative efforts among LGUs in the Caraga Region.
