Empowered Women, Stronger Leaders! 

On March 18, 2026, DSWD Field Office Caraga successfully conducted the Women Wellness and Leadership Forum at the Balanghai Hotel, Annex Hall, Butuan City, as one of the highlight activities of the National Women’s Month Celebration 2026.

The forum featured insightful sessions from distinguished resource persons: Roselle Y. Bonggoyan, RN, MMPSM, Health Program Officer II, who discussed Menopause and Post-Menopausal Health; Seer Manlantao, Senior Research Specialist, who shared practical strategies on Financial Literacy; and Josefina T. Mahinay, Project Development Officer II, who inspired participants through her discussion on Leadership.

The activity empowered participants by enhancing their knowledge on women’s health, financial management, and leadership, reaffirming the vital role of women as leaders and changemakers in their families, workplaces, and communities.
