The RIAC-FF and RIACMC successfully conducted its 2nd Quarter Meeting on June 18, 2026 via Zoom Meeting, bringing together partner agencies to advance initiatives that strengthen Filipino families and promote the welfare of solo parents across the region.

The committee discussed the implementation of Republic Act No. 11861, adopted a resolution encouraging all LGUs to establish Local Committees on Filipino Family (LCFF), finalized the proposed activities for the 2026 National Filipino Family Week, and received updates on regional family welfare programs. Members also learned about the OFW Tulay Program, a holistic intervention that supports distressed Overseas Filipino Workers and their families through psychosocial and case management services.

Through strengthened partnerships and collaborative action, the committee remains steadfast in delivering responsive, inclusive, and family-centered programs for every Caraganon family.
