During the second quarter, a total of 3,130 applications were received and processed following merit- and fitness-based principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and non-discrimination in recruitment and selection.

Diversity is promoted through inclusive promotion and work assignment decisions, guided by the FO Caraga workforce profile, which reflects a total of 2,228 staff as of June 30, 2026, composed of 1,428 females (64.1%) and 800 males (35.9%). Of the total number of staff, 460 out of 487 are Registered Social Workers (RSWs) while 1,741 are Non-Social Worker (SW) personnel.

The workforce also includes personnel from various sectoral groups, such as 30 persons with disabilities (PWDs), 69 solo parents, 15 senior citizens, and 106 Indigenous Peoples.

This demographic profile serves as a key reference in advancing a diverse, inclusive, and gender-responsive workplace across the Field Office.
