About the app
FAITH is a centralized digital platform designed to streamline the end-to-end process of procurement and inspection within DSWD. From uploading approved Purchase Orders to generating Requests for Booking (RFB), automatic creation of Requests for Inspection (RFI), and inspector assignment, the system ensures efficient coordination and documentation. Inspectors are notified via the mobile app, conduct on-site inspections, take required photos (including selfies), and complete the Inspection and Acceptance Report (IAR) directly through the system. The IAR, along with supporting images, is then printed and verified by the secretariat for authenticity, supporting a transparent and partially paperless workflow.
