BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga Region led the conduct of an accessibility audit at the Butuan City Hall and Agusan del Norte Provincial Capitol on June 7 and 8, respectively.  The Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA) chaired by DSWD conducted the audit to enhance the accessibility of the two buildings to persons with disability (PWDs) who have difficulties in moving around.
