Butuan City – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga oriented the newly-hired workers of Pantawid Pamilya.  Conducted on October 26-28, 2011 at Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City, it was attended by social welfare assistants (SWA) and municipal link officers (MLOs)

Some Local Government Unit (LGU) staff of Bislig City, Surigao del Sur also attended the orientation. The activity aims to capacitate the newly hired staff on the different components of the program.

Discussed in the 3-day activity were the three systems of the program the Grievance Redress System (GRS), Beneficiary Update System (BUS) and the Compliance Verification System (CVS).
