In the second month of the year, the nation remembers the 100th day of the mayhem of the Super typhoon Yolanda. Thus, commemorating the magnanimous humanitarian and aid extended locally, nationally, and internationally. More so, venerating the indefatigable volunteers – this is also an opportune time to honor the speedy response of every Filipino citizen and the inexorable social workers and vanguards of the department.
The DSWD Field Office Caraga has its full arm in its social development optimization and progress for a self – sustainable social marketing and care. Its vision to be the region’s standard for the delivery of coordinated services and social protection for poverty reduction is gradually fulfilled. After surpassing the tremendous unknowns and continuously gearing up its mission for more development and implementation, the benefits will all redound to the poverty reduction solution and enlistment of social protection. Hence, more quality outputs, elevation of department’s prestige, and fulfillment of its role as the purveyor of integrity, respect to human dignity, and service excellence in the development of Caraga Region.
