Butuan City- A Technical Assistance Conference on Enhanced Major Final Output (MFO) Forms was conducted by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga on May 21, 2014 at Beatriz Café, Ochoa Avenue, Butuan City,

This was participated by the different unit heads of the Office and was also graced by Assistant Regional Directors Mita Lim and Nerisa T. Murih.

This activity is anchored on the following objectives: familiarize the refined MFOs, performance indicators, and reporting system; identify and clarify each Field Office unit’s role in the implementation of the MFO reporting system; enable to properly fill-out the MFO forms; and enable to comply with MFO reports.

Jennifer Joy Dumaraos and Evelyn Pedro from the Policy Development and Planning Bureau (PDPB) of the Central Office are the resource persons of the event.

As stated by the National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 532 series of 2011, MFOs are defined as the goods and services that a department or agency is mandated to deliver to external clients through the implementation of its Programs, Activities, and Projects (PAPs).
