A community volunteer of Brgy. Bunyasan, Malimono, Surigao del Norte presents during the municipal forum on October 24, 2014 his village’s existing problem which encouraged his co-villagers to prioritize the construction of concrete canal sub-project to be funded by the KALAHI CIDSS- NCDDP.Deputy Regional Program Manager Ester V.
