DSWD-Caraga Regional Director Minda B. Brigoli graces today the 2nd  batch (day 2) training for the Area Coordinating Teams (ACTs) of KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP Caraga. This 5-day activity is held at Hotel Tavern, Surigao City and is participated by the ACTs of Placer, Mainit, Santiago, Buenavista, Tubod, Barobo, Del Carmen, Lingig, Claver, Dinagat, Tubajon, Cagwait, General Luna, San Francisco (AdS), and San Jose.

In her message, Dir.Brigoli expressed her delight upon seeing the field workers of the Department. She reminded the participants that they are the front liners and prime movers of the Department in the field. “Kayo ang mukha ng DSWD sa mga komunidad”, she said.

This training, as Dir.Brigoli quipped, is purposely conducted to gather the field workers and make them ready and armored with necessary skills and knowledge in implementing the KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP.

Dir.Brigoli ended her speech with this statement:

“We are the agents of the Department to make our recipients, who are our partners, believe in themselves and in their capabilities to achieve development and positive change. Let it be our mission to put in their hearts and minds na KAYA NILA, KAYA NATIN ANG PAGBABAGO, KAPAG MAGKAKAPIT-BISIG TAYO!”
