Mayor Jenny D. De Asis (in yellow Filipiniana) of the municipality of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur receive the certificate on the Seal of Child Friendly Local Governance (1st to 3rd class municipalities). DSWD-XIII Regiional Director Minda B. Brigoli, together with the other women leaders of DSWD-Caraga, hands the certificate. The awarding is one of the highlights of the 64th anniversary celebration of DSWD.
