Community volunteers creatively and confidently dress up their ideal heroes with their branding and symbolic representation of a real community hero from a volunteer’s perspective. As portrayed, these four “heroes” have one thing in common – altruism. Their selfless nature and dedication towards volunteering for the betterment of the community is firm. This activity was one of the highlights during the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Caraga – Kapit Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (Kalahi-CIDSS) Community Volunteers’ Summit held last December 27-28, 2016 at VCDU Prince Hotel, Butuan City.
