The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office (FO) Caraga welcomes Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) – CBM Global Disability Inclusion and Loving Presence Foundation, for a conversation on continued efforts for the Persons With Disability (PWD) sector, April 18, 2023.

CBM Global put forward plans to pilot a project with Loving Presence Foundation, a member of the Regional Committee on Disability Affairs (RCDA), which will focus on capacity building in community-based inclusive development across a wide range of spectra such as mental health, accessibility, and PWD participation.

DSWD FO Caraga Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Atty. Faizal A. Padate expressed the Agency’s full support for the partnership and future endeavor being RCDA’s Committee Chair; looks forward to the continued development of social protection services for PWDs.
