The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office Caraga conducted Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) payout at the municipality of Pilar, Surigao del Norte on April 21, 2023.

Ceremonial AICS Payout at Pilar, Surigao del Norte headed by DSWD Caraga CAO Taculod, Sen. Marcos and LGU of Pilar with the leadership of Hon. Resureccion.

The payout is an effort of the Field Office in coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pilar, and the office of Senator Imee Marcos to help the poor, under-served, and vulnerable but deserving constituents in the municipality.

The activity was headed by DSWD’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Ramil M. Taculod together with Sen. Imee Marcos and the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Pilar under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Maria Liza G. Resurreccion.

The total disbursement for the payout amounted to Php 4,860,000.00 which is Php4,000.00 financial assistance to each of the 1,215 beneficiaries.
