In order to maintain networks and fortify collaborative partnerships, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga Social Pension Program Management Office (SPPMO) conducted training on network and collaboration – June 14-16, 2023.

Partners from the provincial municipal social welfare and development offices (PSWDOs) from Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur, representative from the Philippine National Police – Caraga, and the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Caraga along with the SPPMO staff were in attendance.

Discussions during the activity were about the implementation of confidentiality measures that protect client, organization and network; issues, policies and practices of the organization; and most importantly information and resources were tackled with stakeholders to overcome issues in service delivery.

This activity aids in developing the skills required to improve employee performance in the organization’s service delivery through cooperative efforts with stakeholders and vice versa.
