In preparation for the upcoming 1st Cycle Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0, members of the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (DSWD Central Office) conducted a three-day pre-assessment with DSWD Field Office Caraga, through the members of the Regional Management and Development Committee (RMDC).
The activity was purposely conducted to assess the compliance of the Field Office to ARTA guidelines and the Ease of Doing Business requirements – through its implementing rules and regulations.
Furthermore, the activity helps measure the overall performance and effectiveness of the field office in delivering its services to its clientele.
The RCS 2.0 is a scorecard for government agencies that will measure the effective implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and efficiency of government service delivery. It will examine three core areas such as the Institutionalization of the Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business, overall client satisfaction, and agency performance and recognition.
Initially, the Report Card Survey will be conducted at the Field Office on September this year by the ARTA personnel.###(Social Marketing Section/DSWD Field Office Caraga).
