Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office (FO) Caraga conducts Basic Customer Service Training cum Work Ethics Enhancement to LGU Focal Persons of Social Pension Program, July 18-20, 2023 at Nasipit, Agusan del Norte.

The activity aims to further capacitate Focal Persons in terms of service towards clients on the field, being arms in delivering the social welfare and development programs. Moreover, this is to recognize their valuable efforts of continued service in bringing quality service to the elderly.

Participants of the workshop are Focal Persons from the LGUs in Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Province of Dinagat Islands, and Siargao Islands.
