To ensure that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga’s social workers are well-equipped to provide timely and effective support to children during emergencies, FO Caraga held a 3-day training on the Comprehensive Emergency Program for Children (CEPC) on November 8–10, 2023, at the Pavilion, Watergate Hotel, Butuan City.

The CEPC training underscores the roles and responsibilities of social workers in ensuring the overall safety and protection of children in vulnerable situations.
