101 Friends Rescued receive Family Food Packs (FFPs) from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office (FO) Caraga.

PGEN Benjamin Acorda Jr., Chief of the Philippine National Police, graced the activity and emphasized the state’s goal to maintain of peace and order, protect the life, liberty, and property, promoting the general welfare essential for the enjoyment by all the people of the blessings of democracy—the continued efforts to create a just and peaceful society.

As the government agency mandated to develop, implement, and coordinate social protection and poverty-reduction solutions, DSWD FO Caraga continues to collaborate with PRO13 in its efforts to continue to intensify the campaign on eradicating the insurgency in Caraga region to sustain the whole-of-nation approach in ending the local communist armed conflict.
