BUTUAN CITY- The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga is currently engaging in the barcoding, encoding, and verification of the data collected during the 2nd round 4Ps Listahanan Special Assessment.

Headed by Information Technology Officer Raffy Pocon of the National Household Targeting Section, the processes involves inputting information to the Data Entry Application (DEA)-an application which captures information such as the demographic details, socio economic status, and other relevant information collected from the assessed households.

Following the encoding process, verifiers are tasked with reviewing and confirming the accuracy of the information entered into the database by comparing it against the details written on the Household Assessment Forms. This verification step ensures data integrity and minimizes errors that may have occurred during the encoding phase.
