In line with the directives of Secretary Rex Gatchalian, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga through the National Household Targeting Section will once again conduct another round of special assessment for Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4ps) beneficiaries that are tagged as “cannot be located” (CBL) during the previous rounds.
The 3rd round special assessment is target to assess 4,797 4Ps beneficiaries in Caraga Region, and the data collection where field workers visit and interview households are scheduled to be completed within 60 days, from May to July 2024.
According to Regional Field Coordinator Adelito Mendoza, that the assessment is design to assess 4Ps beneficiaries that were unassessed during the 3rd round regular assessment in 2019 and previous special rounds in 2022-2023. He also emphasized that the field workers will only visit and interview households that are found on the list for assessment provided by the Central Office.
As part of the assessment process, the NHTS coordinated with the 4Ps Regional Program Management Office (RPMO) through its Provincial/ Municipal/ Link Officer to ensure that targets 4Ps households will be assessed on this round.
