The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga has been conferred with the ARTA RCS Gold Award for its exemplary compliance with the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Law and for its commitment to quality government service delivery.
The Field Office is one of eight hundred sixty (860) government agencies surveyed for the 2023 RCS 2.0 (Batch 1) cycle, and has received an Excellent rating.
With the Award, the Field Office has shown its commitment to quality service, and cemented its reputation as one of the top performing DSWD Field Offices in the country.
Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Tristan Telen was on hand to receive the said Award (on behalf of the Field Office) during the ARTA RCS Awards Ceremony on October 30, 2024 at the Conrad Manila, Pasay City.
Pursuant to Section 20 of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11032, or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018, all offices and agencies providing government services shall be subjected to the Report Card Survey (RCS), a holistic tool that provides quantitative measure of actual government service user perceptions on the quality, efficiency, and adequacy of different government services.
