In recognition of the Listahanan 3 data users in the region, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga awarded its users from the Local Social Welfare and Development Offices (LSWDOs) with a Plaque of Commendation during the 2024 Social Welfare and Development Year-End Forum on November 9, 2024 at the VCDU Prince Hotel, Butuan City.

In addition to the awarding ceremony, Listahanan Coordinator Adelito Mendoza discussed the Dynamic Social Registry (DSR), also known as the i-Registro. This self-service platform streamlines data collection and authentication of pregnant and/or lactating mothers (PLMs) by allowing them to input their information through self-registration.
“With the i-Registro, household information is regularly updated, enabling client-driven updates and the ability to capture life cycle shocks and vulnerabilities. It will also facilitate the integrated delivery of the social protection system through interoperable data management,” Mendoza said.
For the upcoming year, eight municipalities in Surigao del Sur are targeted for the expansion of the i-Registro. Currently, the DSR focuses solely on pregnant and lactating mothers, but coverage will be extended in the later months.
Prior to the awarding ceremony, participants were updated on the progress of Listahanan 3, which is currently transitioning from a static to a dynamic system.
