On February 4-7, 2025, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga continues its efforts to bring the i-Registro campaign closer to communities by engaging with Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (MSWDOs) and Municipal Health Offices (MHOs) in Buenavista, Carmen, Cabadbaran City, and RTR in Agusan del Norte and Bunawan, Veruela, Loreto, Agusan del Sur.

The i-Registro is a digital self-service platform designed to streamline the updating of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiary information. This online registration is crucial for the implementation of the First 1,000 Days (F1KD) program, which will provide enhanced benefits to 4Ps households with pregnant members or children aged 0-24 months.

The team conducted orientation which covers the First 1000 Days (F1KD) program which focuses on providing support and interventions to pregnant women and infants during the crucial first 1000 days of a child’s life and the features of i-Registro web portal.

“We continue to advocate for the use of the i-Registro web portal because it offers the fastest and most convenient way for 4Ps members to update their information. In less than five minutes, beneficiaries can update and view their records from the comfort of their homes. This initiative allows the government to efficiently recognize eligible registrants for F1KD beneficiaries,” said Regional Field Coordinator Adelito Mendoza.

To strengthen awareness and accessibility, the team also collaborated with the Department of Health (DOH) personnel assigned to Rural Health Units (RHUs) to help disseminate information about i-Registro while conducting vaccination rounds in the community.

Additionally, discussions on i-Registro were integrated into Family Development Sessions (FDS) led by the Municipal Link Officer of the Pantawid Program.

To date, approximately 600 active 4Ps members have successfully registered through the i-Registro portal.
