BUTUAN CITY – The Department of Social Welfare and Development Caraga Region oriented the congressional staff of Congresswoman Evelyn Plaza Mellana of the Second District of Agusan del Sur on its programs and services and the convergence framework.

Atty. Ma. Cristina P. Mellana, Chief of Staff and her companion Ma. Lalaine T. Martin and Lucille L. Ytac attended the orientation held at the DSWD Caraga conference hall earlier this month.
