Mayor Zenaida C. Lim (center) and Regional Director Mari-Flor A. Dollaga (right) signed a memorandum of agreement on March 13, 2023 at the municipality of Santiago, Agusan del Norte.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga inked a Memorandum of Agreement on March 13, 2023, with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Santiago to ensure a clear-cut partnership between the two parties in the implementation of the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) in the municipality.

The MOA, signed by Regional Director Mari-Flor A. Dollaga and Mayor Zenaida C. Lim, primarily aims to contrive success in implementing SLP in the municipality.

Through SLP, Field Office Caraga aspires to bring an innovative and effective approach to livelihood development and people empowerment in the municipality of Santiago.

Director Dollaga expressed her gratitude to Mayor Lim for the support given by the LGU to the Agency. During their discussion, Director Dollaga also remarked that she and Mayor Lim walk a similar path in strategizing programs and services for the community.
