Regional Council for the Welfare of Children (RCWC) – Regional Plan of Action for Children (RPAC) Technical Working Group (TWG) and Selected Child Representatives during the finalization of the Regional Plan of Action for Children – Caraga (2023-2028) and Children’s Consultation Workshop at Lime & Zest, Watergate Hotel, Butuan City last October 5, 2023.

RPAC, headed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office (FO) Caraga, consolidates the challenges, solutions, and commitments of the key regional agencies, specifically the members of the Regional Committees/Sub-Committees for the Welfare of Children (RC/SCWC), in the promotion and protection of children’s rights to survival, development, protection and participation.

The meticulously crafted plan is poised to make a substantial impact on the development of the 4th National Plan of Action for Children 2024-2028. This national framework aligns with both global and local objectives, reflecting the government’s unwavering dedication to championing the rights and welfare of children.
