DSWD Field Office Caraga garnered awards and recognitions in the recently concluded DSWD Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) Conference, conducted by DSWD Central Office on November 14-17, 2023 at the Makati Place Hotel, Makati City.

The CART Conference is an annual gathering of all Anti-Red Tape Unit Focal Persons aimed at advancing efforts along Ease Of Doing Business (EODB) implementation and recognizing notable achievements and milestones. The Field Office was ably represented by Assistant Regional Director for Administration ARDA Tristan Telen, together with Mr. Kypee Glenn Nano – Anti-Red Tape Unit (Field Office Caraga Head Secretariat).

The DSWD CART 2023 Conference, with the theme “Navigating the Path to Seamless Good Governance: Empowering Change through Anti-Red Tape Initiatives and Innovations,” became a venue or platform to showcase accomplishments, share best practices, and discuss challenges and solutions related to EODB implementation.

DSWD Field Office Caraga was awarded with the Overall Highest RCS Validation Rating with an Excellent Rating of 98.27%. This was achieved during the latest DSWD CART Report Card Survey conducted by the Central Office.

Aside from the said award, the Field Office was also recognized for having “Honorable Efforts on Establishing Child Friendly Space,” and “Honorable Efforts on Queuing System.” Both recognitions only are testaments that the Field Office is serious in ensuring the delivery of quality service to its clients.
