The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga took part in the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaign and Registration Drive for RA 11552, also known as the “Lifeline Rate Act,” – a collaborative effort spearheaded by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE).

4Ps beneficiaries and economically disadvantaged households within the Agusan del Sur joined the Campaign Drive today, April 16, 2024 at the Lope A. Asis Memorial Gymnasium, Poblacion, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur.

The launching of the Lifeline Program IEC Campaign and Registration Drive in Bayugan City was presided by Mr. Julius Rivera, Agusan del Sur Electric Cooperative (ASELCO) Board President. ASELCO, being the partnered Distribution Utility also led the registration process for the said initiative.
