To strengthen the partnership of 4Ps Caraga and its health and education partners, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga conducted a two-day 4Ps Regional Conference with Partners in Health and Education on September 17-18.

One of the crucial agreements made between 4Ps Caraga and its partners in health is to coordinate with the Provincial Health Offices regarding the existing number of Barangay Health Stations and other Supply Side Assessment (SSA) Gaps in health.

For education, 4Ps Caraga will conduct program orientation and facility visits to schools in the region, while School Personnel shall record the list of students especially those who are new in the Compliance Verification (CV) form and validate their official enrolment data in the system. Another commitment given was how City or Municipal Operations Office (C/MOO) staff will conduct program orientation and facility visits, especially to those newly designated 4Ps coordinators during Compliance Verification form distribution and other related activities.

Closing the two-day conference, DSWD FO Caraga’s Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Tristan Telen thanked the program’s partners and recognized that the agency’s work is far from finished. He also looks forward to a more fruitful collaboration with them in improving the health and education of 4Ps Caraga’s Beneficiaries.
