During their visit, the RIMC team engaged in a series of activities designed to provide a thorough evaluation of the 4Ps program. They toured selected schools and health centers, observing the facilities and services provided to the beneficiaries. These visits allowed the committee to assess the impact of the program on the education and health sectors in Lanuza.

In addition to the site visits, the team conducted Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with 4Ps Parent Leaders. These discussions provided valuable insights into the experiences and challenges faced by the beneficiaries. The committee also held independent interviews with partner stakeholders and 4Ps staff, gathering diverse perspectives on the program’s implementation and identifying areas for improvement.

One of the key outcomes of the visit was the agreement on several commitments aimed at enhancing the program’s effectiveness. These included the improvement of healthcare services and the enhancement of service delivery efforts to clients, ensuring better health outcomes for the beneficiaries. Additionally, the committee supported the request to relocate the 4Ps Municipal Operations Office (MOO) to an adjacent area, which would facilitate improved coordination and service delivery.

Overall, the RIMC’s visit to Lanuza underscored the importance of continuous monitoring and evaluation in the successful implementation of the 4Ps program. The committee’s findings and recommendations are expected to contribute significantly to the ongoing efforts to improve the program and better serve the needs of the beneficiaries in Lanuza.
