Distribution of i-Registro fliers during the Social Pension payout in Barangay Maon, Butuan City.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga urged all active household beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) to register to i-Registro, a user-friendly online platform.

The i-Registro is a digital self-service platform designed to streamline the updating of 4Ps beneficiary information. This initiative is crucial for the upcoming implementation of the First 1,000 Days (F1KD) program, which will provide enhanced benefits to 4Ps households with pregnant members or children aged 0-2.

The F1KD program, a key component of the government’s commitment to early childhood development, aims to improve the health, nutrition, and overall well-being of young children during their critical first 1,000 days of life.

Using a smartphone with a stable internet connection, any member of the 4ps household aged 18 years old or above, with a Philippine Identification System (Philsys) ID, can update the Newborn and Household Member Pregnancy Information through iregistro-4Ps.dswd.gov.ph. This information is vital in ensuring the inclusion of the households in the F1KD program.

In updating the household, the pregnant women should prepare medical certificates while those who have children below 2 years old will prepare vaccination cards, mother and child booklet, and birth certificate. These requirements are necessary to check the veracity claimed by the household during the verification process. Once approved, the households will receive a text message indicating the approval of the update.

By registering on i-Registro, 4Ps households can ensure their eligibility for the enhanced benefits under the F1KD program and contribute to a brighter future for their children.

An instructional video about i-Registro is now being shown in the AICS client waiting area at the DSWD Field Office.
