The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga has been awarded a Certificate of Recognition for attaining Very Satisfactory ratings in the 2023–2024 Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM).Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Tristan Telen received the award on behalf of the office during the Ease of Doing Business (EODB) virtual culminating activity held on May 28, 2025.
“We are committed to continuing, improving, and innovating the quality of our services to better meet the needs of our clients and uphold the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency,” said ARDA Telen.
As the month-long observance of EODB Month comes to a close, DSWD Caraga reaffirms its dedication to public service excellence by streamlining processes, strengthening service delivery, and championing reforms that bring the agency closer to the people.
