“This is the place that we have seen so far with the most advanced Program implementation,” says Patricia Fernandez, World Bank (WB) consultant, during the exit conference for the joint WB-Asian Development Bank (ADB)-Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) implementation support mission on April 9-10,2015. The said conference, which aims to draw out the team’s feedback on the learning visit done in the municipalities of Hinatuan and Gigaquit, is held at Dotties Place in Butuan City on April 10, 2015.
