The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga is holding special registration for its Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program.

Names of potential households have been posted in your respective barangay and municipal halls.

For those whose names are included in the potential list, please coordinate with DSWD staff/Municipal Link in your locality or you may visit the DSWD regional office. Kindly bring the following documents: birth certificate, marriage contract, and school and health endorsement certificate.

Please take note that the DSWD does not accept payment whether in cash or in kind in exchange of registration.

For those who will be asked to pay any amount, please do not give and get the name/s of the personnel requesting and report it immediately to the nearest Municipal/City Social Welfare and Development Office (M/CSWDO) or you may text through 0918-912-2813 (###DSWDFieldOfficeCaraga###).
