Lilonda Ontua (center) together with community volunteers of Poblacion, Barobo, Surigao del Sur, are acknowledged during the conduct of the KALAHI CIDSS  Cycle 1 culmination, for their selfless act of giving their time and effort in ensuring that the program implementation in their community is successful. Kalahi-CIDSS ensures that the voice of the community is heard in the planning process for community projects that will address their needs.
