BUTUAN CITY – In anticipation of typhoon Ramon, Director Mercedita P. Jabagat, of DSWD Caraga region instructed the Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) teams in the provinces to coordinate with the P/C/MDRRMC in their areas, and to make an inventory of evacuation areas.

“The field office has stockpile of 2,000 family packs and a standby of P506, 677.70  for augmentation to the local government units that will be affected by Ramon,” Jabagat says.

She said the Quick Response Team (QRT) has been activated and a 24-hour duty schedule of the field office’s skeletal force is in placed. # # # (Social Marketing Unit)
